Melanie Chua Ng is the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Ng Khai Development Corporation, a firm with extensive experience in IT, Services, and Managed Logistics. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Carlos with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is a PRC Licensed Real Estate Broker. Alongside her husband Wilson Ng, she grew their flagship IT corporation from a 3-employee startup to an enterprise with over 300 personnel, managing authorized partnerships with tech leaders like HP, Dell, and Microsoft. She also serves as President of Right Juan Leading Edge Services, Inc. and Lane Modern Development Inc. Ms. Ng is deeply involved in the SME ecosystem leadership across the Philippines and at the ASEAN regional level. Her entrepreneurial background, hands-on business operations, and regional policy engagement give her a strong perspective in her leadership and good governance advocacy. She is a former President of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and currently serves as a National Board Director for the PCCI, the Private Sector Representative for the Visayas on the National MSME Development Council, and the Philippine Private Sector Representative to the ASEAN MSME Advisory Board (AMAB) and East Asia Business Council (EABC).
