Biography

Ferdinand "Perry" Ferrer is a prominent Filipino industrialist and technology executive who serves as the Chairman and CEO of the EMS Group of Companies, one of the Philippines' largest electronic manufacturing and assembly service providers. Before taking over the family-founded business, Perry spent over two decades building a global career in the Military and Aerospace industry across North America and Europe, working with corporations like Amphenol and ITT Cannon. He returned to the Philippines to bring his global expertise home, dedicated to championing Filipino labor and building local manufacturing capabilities to remain globally competitive. A graduate of De La Salle University, Perry is heavily involved in shaping national economic and labor policies. He serves as the President of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and holds senior leadership roles across major nationwide business councils, including ECOP, PhilExport, SEIPI, and PHILJEC.
