Mr. Edgardo G. Lacson is a seasoned corporate executive and director with a career spanning over four decades in corporate governance, maritime logistics, finance, and community development. He graduated from De La Salle College in 1965 with a BS in Commerce, majoring in Accounting. He serves as the President of MIS Maritime Corporation and Chairman of Safe Seas Shipping Agency, Metrostore Corporation, and Greenergy Holdings Inc. Alongside his executive leadership, he serves as an Independent Director for multiple prominent companies, including Global Ferronickel Holdings, The Keepers Holdings, and Kareila Management Corporation. Mr. Lacson is also highly involved in Philippine business and civic organizations. He has maintained long-standing affiliations with the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP), the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), and advisory councils for the Philippine National Police (PNP).
