𝑴𝒔. 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝒁𝒐𝒃𝒆𝒍 𝒅𝒆 𝑨𝒚𝒂𝒍𝒂 embodies the next generation of bold leaders, steering Ayala Land’s Leasing and Hospitality Group across malls, hotels, offices, and leisure estates. She currently serves as Managing Director of Ayala Corporation, Southeast Asia’s oldest conglomerate, and Senior Vice President of Ayala Land, one of the region’s leading listed property developers.

Her leadership significantly contributed to Ayala Land’s growth, generating a remarkable USD830 million in revenues in 2025.

Prior to her current roles, she was a corporate strategy and business development associate, then a Senior Vice President at the Bank of Philippine Islands. Today she sits on the Board of Ayala Group companies, including Ayala Land, AREIT (Ayala Land’s listed real estate investment trust subsidiary), the Bank of the Philippine Islands, and Globe Telecom. She is also a member of the Ayala Group Management Committee, where she contributes to shaping the organization’s strategic direction.
