Mr. Raymund Jude G. Aguilar is an entrepreneur and a businessman. He is the Director of Electronic Commerce Payments Inc. (ECPay), the country’s largest e-payments provider in the Philippines with over 30,000 outlets nationwide. He is involved in corporate environmental and recycling waste management as President of Recycle Plus, Inc., with a clientele roster that includes Monde Nissin Corporation and Proctor & Gamble, and Coca-Cola Bottlers, to name a few. 

Mr. Aguilar is also executive director and shareholder in Payment One Inc., GATE Distribution Enterprise Inc., WERRA Logistics Inc., AXIOS Ventures Inc., Genzai Corporation,    Farmaco, Inc. and Pharmaco Inc.                                            
                                                                  
He currently serves as the Vice President for PCCI International Affairs where he spearheads the chamber’s international affairs committee, working to promote trade and investment on a global level, and the chairman of the 50th Philippine Business Conference and Expo.

Aguilar finished his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and took his Masters in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM
