DOST introduces oneSTore.ph for MSMEs
OVER 12,000 food and non-food products nationwide are now available on oneSTore.ph, an online marketing platform created by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) for MSMEs. This makes shopping for goodies from different regions well within reach.
oneSTore.ph helps MSMEs widen the scope of their target market. It provides customers with an effortless shopping experience and retailers with simple and direct access to one of the largest customer bases in the Philippines.
It has 360 registered MSMEs nationwide with 28 hubs and 5 vending machines located in regions 2, 7, 11 and NCR. Of the uploaded products, 65 percent is food, furniture (10%), beauty and wellness (10%) and agriculture (5%).
OneSTore.ph has partnered with third party solutions to make shopping more convenient and secure both for the merchants and customers.
Barely new in the e-commerce industry, oneSTore.ph is already a recipient of several awards such as “Most Outstanding and Quality Pasalubong Treats Provider” by the National Customers Annual Choice Awards, “Success and Achievements in the Field of Online Pasalubong Treats” by the World Class Philippine Council, “Best Pasalubong Treats” by the Golden Globe Annual Awards for Business Excellence and “Finalist for the Most Innovative Government Service” by Benito and Catalina Yap Foundation Innovation Awards.
