Who is eligible?
- Filipino citizens, 45 years old or younger.
- Founder or major shareholder (at least 20% ownership) and key decision-maker of the company.
- The enterprise must be Philippine-incorporated/registered, operating for at least two (2) years, compliant with basic government requirements, and profitable over the last two years.
