The PCCI Education Committee, in coordination with the Philippine Business for Education (PBEd), launched the publication of the Government-Academe-Industry Linkages Feature Stories, at the 11th National Education Forum last November 24, 2021.
With the theme, “Collaboration for Recovery: Making Education, Training, and Lifelong Learning Work in Time of Pandemic and Beyond,” these stories present best practices developed by institutions in forming linkages across sectors for education, training, and lifelong learning.
The stories featured are: “High School, High Tech” on P-TECH and IBM SkillsBuild, “Job-Ready After University” on the Accenture Technology learning Program, and “Entrepreneur Support: Encephalon Technology Business Incubator” of Holy Angel University.
The stories were presented by representatives of the institutions mentioned, and were followed by an insightful panel discussion, moderated by PBEd. This publication was made possible by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the YouthWorks PH program.
