Come and join us to learn more about the Senate Bill 1850, otherwise known as the “New Agrarian Emancipation Act” authored by our distinguished speaker, the Honorable Senator Cynthia Villar, Chairperson of the Agriculture, Food, and Agrarian Reform of the Senate of the Philippines. The bill aims to condone all loans including interests, penalties, and surcharges arising from the award of agricultural lands under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) as of December 31, 2022.&nbsp;
