Dominguez will discuss the current state of the Philippine economy, as well as the fiscal policies that the economic team of the Duterte administration is planning to pursue. Meanwhile, Acting Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Karl Kendrick T. Chua will present the Philippine Program for Recovery with Equity and Solidarity or PH-PROGRESO.
