Accounting Specialist

REPORTS TO:

FINANCE DEPARTMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Undertakes and ensures reconciliation and monitoring of accounts details with regards to non-payments, payments and others
• Conducts daily banking activities
• Checks and processes account adjustment for discrepancies or as needed
• Records daily business transactions and daily worksheet to general ledger
• Generates, reviews and prepares Accounts Receivables aging reports and analyses
• Reviews and collects unpaid and long outstanding accounts
• Prepares bank reconciliation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably at least Bachelors/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position is mainly responsible for recording and maintaining accounting
records such as journal entries, reconciliation of general ledgers and general account.
