Phils-Italy Bus. Council
The Philippine-Italy Business Council (PIBC), an affiliate council of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PCCI) was formed ten years ago. Primarily, the council aims to enhance business and trade and assist Philippine and Italian businessmen in doing more joint venture undertakings and other forms of business cooperation. To date, the council has 14 member companies represented by local and Italian businesses operating in the Philippines.

Among the advantages of joining this council are:
  • Help improve and expand your business opportunities and expand your network in Italy and Philippines;
  • First hand information on trade, investment opportunities and scholarships;
  • Involvement in policy making regarding issues concerning Philippines and Italy;
  • Participation in Trade missions and exhibitions.
The Council is chaired by Ambassador Jose V. Romero.
Invitation to "Ciao Italia 2008!"

The Italian Trade Commission-Manila, together with the Italian Embassy and other important partner establishments is organizing Ciao! Italia 2008 from the 1st to the 30th of June 2008. This festival aims to promote the image of Italy throughout the world and promote trade opportunities between countries.
