2020 Bahrain International Agricultural Show Print
The Kingdom of Bahrain is inviting participants to the “2020 Bahrain International Agricultural Show” to be held this November in Manama.  The exhibition aims to promote the participating countries’ agricultural development and technology, farm production, food industries and agricultural trade opportunities and to allow foreign companies to discuss potential clients in the GCC region.

PCCI Strengthens its alliance with the Federation of Gulf Chambers of Commerce Print
bahrain.jpgIn their bid to sharpen the current bilateral cooperation between the Philippines and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Member States, the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and the Federation of Gulf Cooperation Council of Chambers of Commerce and Industry inked a memorandum of understanding on 26 June 2009 at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.

Mr. Edgardo G. Lacson, PCCI President and Dr. Essam Abdullah Yousif Fakhro, FGCCC President and concurrently the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Chairman formalized their collaboration during the 25-28 June follow-up visit of BCCI delegation to Manila, who are crème dela crème of Bahrain’s business community.

The PCCI, representing the Philippine business community and the FGCCC, representing all the chambers of commerce in GCC member states namely, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain, Sultanate of Oman, State of United Arab Emirates, State of Kuwait and State of Qatar, shall unite to increase the inflow of for trade and investment, work on technology transfer and form joint ventures on human resource and other necessary relations between the GCC countries and the Philippines.
