CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

A Certificate of Origin (CO) is a document attesting that goods in a particular export shipment are wholly obtained or produced or manufactured or processed in a particular country (country of origin). Virtually every country in the world considers the origin of imported goods when determining what duty will be assessed on the goods or, in some cases, whether the goods may be legally imported at all.

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PCCI) is authorized by the Philippine Government to issue Certificate of Origins (CO). The CO is a basic requirement in customs clearance or trade documentation for goods of origin exported by local registered companies. For the convenience of all the CO applicants, the PCCI provides options to process the CO for the convenient of the applicants.

Here is the step by step guide to help you process the CO:

For New Applicant

Please submit the following documents:

SEC/DTI Registration
Authorised signatories with specimen signature
Authorized Processor

Manual CO Processing

Purchase one set of CO Form
Submit Filled-up CO Forms attached with complete required export documents:
- Export Declaration
- Bill of Lading
- Packing List and Invoice
Process payments
Received endorsed and signed CO Forms

1. Download and complete the CO form (not original)
2. Pay your corresponding fees at any branch of Metrobank

· Metrobank Deposit Slip (as proof of payment)
· Scanned export documents (in PDF format)

*For original documents certification, kindly submit to PCCI office via courier one day before emailing the accomplished form:
